Drive a few miles , but felt like family during the purchase. Purchased 2023 Prestige , unbelievable vehicle. Received tag paperwork. Went to DMV , paper said bring id and insurance proof only. DMV said it requires emissions. Bulldog Athens Kia , said not our problem. State disagrees. I Paid $16 , second trip to DMV. Undue Stress and time spent. Be mindful.

Ben in the Service Center was wonderful! I was traveling in the area from Atlanta and one of my brake lights and one of my headlights went out in my Forte. It was 30 minutes before closing and he without hesitation told me to pull in my car, helped me get the parts needed and switch out my bulbs in no time. I got a top to bottom maintenance completed on my 2022 Kia forte and I can’t thank the service department enough! The entire process was super easy and everyone was super forthcoming and communicative. I received a quote before hand and it took them only a day to complete a laundry list of tasks. (New tires & alignment, transmission flush, coolant flush, brake fluids, oil change, fuel induction, cabin air filter, & even found my missing radiator cap lol) I appreciate all the help in preparing my vehicle for shipping to Germany!!!

We just bought a Telluride from Bulldog Kia and the experience was seamless! Our sales representative, Maurey, was super helpful and accomadating. My wife is pregnant and we were looking to upgrade her vehicle. The Telluride is the perfect fit and Maurey met our every need on the vehicle. After the sale he checked in to make sure everything was okay and helped out with some of the new features. We love Bulldog Kia and would recommend anyone visit their location when considering a new vehicle.
The service department (More specifically Josh) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I brought in my 2014 Kia Soul with a bad engine. We were told it MIGHT be covered under a recall warranty and they just had to refer to corporate for approval. Josh communicated through the whole warranty submission process. I am happy to say Kia is standing behind their vehicle and replacing it under warranty. I appreciate Josh for being so nice, communicating so well, and making the replacement process so easy. I highly recommend the service department, you don’t get this kind of customer service everywhere.
My wife and I just purchased a 2025 Telluride. The process started off okay, but the communication was a bit all over the place. At different points we were talking to a salesman, then the sales manager, then another salesman. Kia dealerships get A LOT of flak for being terrible and very inconsistent when dealing with issues. I've only had three Kia dealerships service my car since purchasing it in 2021 (moved to NC) and this is by far the best experience.
