Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Communication
I recently had a terrible experience at Bulldog Kia. I purchased four new tires from them, and while they were installed correctly, things quickly went downhill from there. After the installation, I was told they couldn’t balance the tires because their lift was broken. I was assured they’d follow up the next week once it was fixed, so I made an appointment.

Called and scheduled a Kia recall appointment. I was quite specific as to which recall my vehicle qualified for. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I was told that the part was not available. Told to call Parts in several days to confirm that the part was in. Totally unsatisfactory — why did I bother to schedule the appointment when the part was not in stock?

Would’ve given 5 stars except for the rep for the schedule service line was not friendly and seemed disengaged. I’ve been a long time customer and this was the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service from them. Disappointing

Michael B. gave us a personal video tour of the vehicle and put up with our lack of availability to get to the dealership all week, concerns about down payment, trade-in, alternatives we were considering, and not being able to arrive until just before close on a Friday. We had the best experience purchasing our new Telluride from Bulldog Kia. Our salesperson Maurey was great and we took care of everything over the phone before we arrived. He provided great information and options. When we showed up to test drive and purchase he did a great job accommodating our limited timeframe. The process at the dealership was smooth and there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle or add-ons.
People where nice on the phone, helpfull even. But they did not fill the washer fluid and my wife really was not satisfied with the place.
Very friendly sales team and sales manager. We didn’t make the deal, but not because of their service. They just didn’t have the model year we decided on. Grant was a great salesman. No pressure and very helpful.

I love KIA. Their service is pretty simple, it like they know what to do without asking me anything when I go there for maintenance (with appointment). They also offer free coffee in the waiting room.
Joe was amazing!! Even with my bad credit he was able to get me into a 2022 Kia Soul with a cheap down payment. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone

Bulldog Kia was not the first Kia dealership I went to. In fact, I drove 200 miles and past numerous other dealers to get to them. I was helped by Cesar, who helped me get the car in the hard to find color and trim combination my wife wanted. I’ve had some bad dealer experiences in my search. Bulldog Kia was the best I worked with by a wide margin
If I was just rating based off how the manager, Patrick, treated me, then this would be a 1 star. However, it is saved by an awesome salesman named Joel Miracle. Great personality and great charisma. Definitely someone you would appreciate doing business with.
