2021 Kia Seltos engine problems -car towed to Bulldog Kia 07-29-2025 but as of 08-21-25 service department will not return calls to us the customer-nor will they communicate with Kia Technical after three attempts to secure updates on repair of my car. Very sad customer service.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Communication
I recently had a terrible experience at Bulldog Kia. I purchased four new tires from them, and while they were installed correctly, things quickly went downhill from there. After the installation, I was told they couldn’t balance the tires because their lift was broken. I was assured they’d follow up the next week once it was fixed, so I made an appointment.

Called and scheduled a Kia recall appointment. I was quite specific as to which recall my vehicle qualified for. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I was told that the part was not available. Told to call Parts in several days to confirm that the part was in. Totally unsatisfactory — why did I bother to schedule the appointment when the part was not in stock?

Sent emails back and forth all morning from 9:30am to 2:45pm and patiently waited for responses. Told Maurey Spencer, salesman I was going to purchase the car. They sent me videos, asked for my zip code for tax purposes. Then I get a random managers email, Austin Hammond saying the car has been sold. How rude to waste my time all day! All xxxx day! Don’t buy here. They could care less about custom service.

Cesar went above and beyond all that was asked of him. When selecting a Kia Sportage I didn’t realize that I had selected an All wheel drive model. Due to the amount of miles I drive on a daily basis this would cost me in the long run. After several attempts to get someone to return my phone call for the past three weeks, I have no choice but to leave a message of disappointment and poor customer service. This matter can be resolved with a simple "courtesy" of a return phone call. I purchased a 2021 Telluride vehicle back in 2020 and the salesman sold me a key replacement that I'm requesting at this time. I would like a response from the GM ASAP, in order to resolve this issue, since I cannot get a response from the rest of the Bulldog Kia Team.

This Kia dealership is somewhat smaller compared to other Kia dealerships I’ve visited. However, they have a good selection of vehicles some bigger dealerships don’t have in stock. The staff are pleasant and the facility is clean with a nice lounge area that has beverages and snacks for customers.
