This membership is extended only to the top thirty performing Kia dealerships across the country, and we are excited to be selected. These thirty spots are reserved for dealers that demonstrate outstanding and above average performance in four areas of criteria below.

• Kia Service Index – KSI is a customer service satisfaction score based off surveys filled out by our customers that visit the Bulldog Kia Service Department.
• Dealer Sales Efficiency score – DSE is a score based off sales over a 12 month time span.
• Dealer Service Retention – DSR means you buy from us and choose to service your newly bought vehicle here at Bulldog Kia after your purchase.
• Sales Process Timeline – We get you in and out the door quickly when you purchase form us. We don’t waste your time when you buy at Bulldog Kia. We work quickly and efficiently because we respect your time and schedule.
